Dear Friend,

Tiffany Blue….two words for me that immediately conjure up images of style and grace. The colour isn’t really what I would call blue…it’s more of a Duck Egg or Eau de Nil..but stylish none the less. I’ve never had anything in my wardrobe that I could call Tiffany Blue but it has been a colour that I’ve wanted to incorporate for a while.

So, when I bought this vintage silk dress a few weeks back, I decided that I needed Tiffany Blue accessories to make it sing.

I just adore it’s pussy bow and sash style belt.

I was a little skeptical about wearing both of them at once (remembering the rule of less is more) but when I tried them on I liked the two together.

 The next week I found these divine Tiffany Blue gloves they have a really pretty self embossed pattern on them and are a nice length for the cooler months.

As luck would have it, I found a scarf in exactly the same colour in a thrift shop a couple of days later-thankyou thrift fairy!

 (Whilst on the topic….aren’t scarves just the bomb? Tie them on a bag, around your neck, in your hair..they can turn any outfit from ho-hum to lovely.)

 These little shoes were spotted by my beloved friend Karen in the window of a local thrift store.

 Knowing I wanted a pair of cream shoes she enquired after the size & price and text me a photo of them….I went first thing the next morning and made them mine. They fit like a glove and are super comfy, I don’t think the previous owner wore them more than a couple of times-thankyou, Princess Karen!
