Last night Prince Charming and I went to the Bohemia Cabaret Club for an evening of wining, dining and burlesque.
I wore one of my Leona Edmiston dresses that is a little plunging (probably too much for most places) but was just right for the night in question. The Bohemia is known for its tastefully, vintage style burlesque and cabaret show. Patrons enjoy othe show whilst sampling the gourmet cuisine, fine champagne and delicious cocktails.
I love the quilted detail on the lapel and the belt of this black jersey dress..it feels so 1940’s…although no 1940’s women would have ever shown that make cleavage…unless they were ‘women of the night’.
One of the waitresses recommended a Jezabel cocktail because “It tasted just like violets and made your breath smell florally”.
I had to try it with a recommendation like that…
It tasted like heaven….in reality, it was made of Plymouth Sloe Gin, Violet Essence and Lemon Juice…I swear I’m going to be stocking up our little home bar with these ingredients!!!
Try it, I know you will love it!
