That’s right…a pink skirt bedecked with fluffy grey kittens.
When I spotted this skirt at the Tyabb Vintage Emporium I squealed with delight! I never thought I’d find such a darling print, made up in such a pretty skirt.
As soon as I put it on I new that it was coming home with me.
I’m so into pink and grey right now (do you go through periods where you are hooked on certain colours ?). There is just something so soft about the two colours together that feels so feminine. I have worn this skirt with a grey woolen sweater, when the weather was cooler, and just loved the colour combo.
There is the sweetest two-tone rick-rack around the base of the skirt.
Pat those pretty puddy-tats.
I have had this pink hat for over a year and have been waiting for the right outfit to wear it with. I bought it for just $5! It needed a little T.L.C when I got it, but after a few adjustments to the trim, it looks fab…and it had just the right 1950’s vibe to go with the skirt.
I don’t normally find 50’s hats that look great on me, but I think this one is quite cute.
Ooohhh! I forgot to share these deadstock shoes that I found on etsy a few months ago;
They are the softest pink pearl colour with clear rippled heel… my first foray into a lucite style heel.
